Speaker Bio

Tim Riordan is an accomplished global procurement and supply chain executive known for transforming procurement into a strategic driver of value, innovation, and performance. As Director of Procurement for WIKA USA, he leads a team managing $135 million in annual spend and delivering multimillion-dollar savings. Previously, Tim held senior leadership roles at Ultimate Software and Interface, and began his career in Arthur Andersen’s Supply Chain Consulting practice. A frequent speaker on procurement, transformation, sustainability, and supplier innovation, Tim is a recipient of the U.S. EPA SmartWay Excellence Award and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.


Melissa Collier
Director of Change Leadership, Georgia-Pacific, LLC

Speaker Bio

Melissa Collier is an accomplished change management, business transformation, and talent development executive with more than 25 years of experience helping major organizations navigate large-scale change and build stronger leaders and teams. Her career includes leadership roles with Georgia-Pacific, Cox Automotive, Coca-Cola, and The Home Depot. At Georgia-Pacific, Melissa leads organizational change management for major digital transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and other integrated systems impacting more than 30,000 employees and customers; she has also built and led change teams supporting a $400+ million transformation program. Previously, as Vice President of Global Learning at Cox Automotive, she led talent development for 34,000 employees, and at Coca-Cola Refreshments she managed learning for a major SAP-based implementation reaching more than 40,000 employees across 350 locations. Melissa holds a Master of Education in Adult Learning and a B.S. in Management and is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified DiSC Workshop Facilitator, and DDI Certified Facilitator. She is also the author of Lead Like A Boss and is active in mentoring and leadership development in the Atlanta community.

Ian J. Isaacs, MSc, MBA
Senior Manager in Plant Manufacturing, The Coca-Cola Company

Speaker Bio

Ian J. Isaacs, MSc, MBA, is a manufacturing and operational excellence leader with more than 15 years of experience driving performance improvement, quality, compliance, and digital transformation across Fortune 500 and regulated environments. Currently a Senior Manager in Plant Manufacturing at The Coca-Cola Company, Ian leads teams supporting finished-product delivery across North America while advancing operational excellence, safety, quality, and capital and operating budget performance. His background spans leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Vero-Biotech, where he has built high-performing teams, streamlined laboratory and manufacturing operations, implemented Lean Six Sigma practices, and delivered multimillion-dollar productivity improvements. Ian is known for translating strategy into practical execution, using data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership to improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and create a culture of continuous improvement.  

 


Brian Corrao 
Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, MAX Solutions 

Speaker Bio

Brian Corrao is Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at MAX Solutions, a folding carton, label, and insert manufacturer with nine facilities across the U.S. and Canada. During his 25-year career, he has held leadership roles at International Paper, Graphic Packaging, DHL and Tosca spanning supply chain, operations, logistics, planning, and procurement. Brian is passionate about realizing customer-centric solutions that improve service levels, reduce total cost, and develop stronger supplier partnerships to meet challenges of an ever-changing world.  Brian holds degrees from St. Norbert College and The Ohio State University, is CPIM and CSCP
certified, and has served on the ASCM Atlanta Executive Advisory Board. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, marathon training, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
